This is portable amateur comet GP 3 antenna , also called 1/4″ Wave FM antenna for receiver and transimitter, composed with 4 pcs of Telescopic Antenna by 20-112CM long, to improve the RF gain and efficiceny , increase the transimitting distance and sensitivity as receiver greatly. It is flexible to adjust the length freely by 4 pcs of Telescopic Antennas from 20 cm to 112cm each. It is smarter than the fixed element length of antenna in the market.
By this antenna, you can t fix 1/4″ Wave Antenna precisely to Max. transimitting efficiency by the formula: Element Length(Meters)=(300/frequency)/4,
e.g. suppose you need the transimitting frequency is 100MHZ, and then you can adjust the Telescopic Antenna element length as （300/100）/4=0.75 meter.
Also, if you use this FM antenna on this SDR unit, the sensitivity will be improved greatly and better performance on frequency 68-350MHz.
Warrnning: Please make sure you pose the direcion correctly as follows as comet GP (Ground Plane) antenna:
Main element antenna is pull up vertically; And other 3 ground antenna is pull out by 45 degree.
Your transimitter will be distroyed if you have to make correct length and pose for this antenna.
